Data Privacy

IRP collects and stores user data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Authorized Use Only

Access to IRP is restricted to authorized personnel. You may only use data for authorized purposes related to your assigned role. Any unauthorized access or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited. Prior to granting access to anonymized data for monitoring activities, a formal request and accountability form will be required. Refer to Attachment 4 of the guidelines for the preparation and submission of accomplishment reports for necessary information for such requests.

Confidentiality

All information within the IRP is deemed confidential and exclusive to DA planning, monitoring, and other authorized DA-related activities. Kindly note that you are prohibited from sharing, copying, or disclosing any information to unauthorized individuals or entities outside DA without prior written consent. Please immediately report any security issues or data breaches to the Data Management Section (DMS) of the Monitoring and Evaluation Division (MED) at medcentral.datamgt@mail.da.gov.ph.

System Monitoring

All activity within the IRP is monitored for security purposes.
